May Thursday 16 – 1 lesson of the course of Hatha Yoga at le Pòggiola.
We thank all those who participated. For all those who have failed to come we invite you to make it to the second lesson to be held Thursday, May 23 18:30.
For those who have it we recommend to bring a mat and a large towel to lie down. If you can come a little earlier so you can comfortably do the registration.
The cost for the 5 classes is 50 euro plus 5 euro for insurance card AICS.
