All the people living around the Farm, adults and children, young and old, would take part in the process, both to give a helping hand and to gain one or more days of payed work, especially in times during which food and financial means were lacking, and also to pass some time together in the open air, in the vineyards and to enjoy nature’s most sincere embrace.
