23 March: Opening of the farm
This year we open le Pòggiola season with a gift box.
A couple kindly ask us availability for a week end, they should play golf in the nearby Golf Club La pievaccia.
They quickly formed a good group of friends who enjoy the weekend on the golf course, but also to the Grotta Giusti Terme and shopping for local delicacies.
In the evening they enjoyed our table next to our fireplace enjoying our Tuscan specialties: our Tuscan olive oil, beans, grilled meat and even homemade almond biscuits ( Cantuccini) and brigidini already … no one knows aniseed wafers are typical of Lamporecchio a nearby town that is worth a visit to the bakery Carli where they makes them according to the taste of tradition.
And on the table can not miss our wines.
Two pleasant evenings of good food and the pleasure of being together.
