WINE MAKING TECHNIQUES: Soft process to separate grapes from the bunch. Fermented without the skin. No yeast added to fermentaion. Filtered, and clarified but not pasteurised.

HARVEST: 2014

AGED:  wine container, not in wood. Final refining inside bottles for at least 2 months.
BOTTLED: 2600 bottles 0,75 lt at the farm directly by the owners. August of the year after.
ALCOHOL: 11,5 % Recommended Cellar: 3-4 years

Service: 6-8°C, you open when you drink.
Gastronomy: as aperitif, with bruschette, rice or pasta dishes with vegetables, Chicken, turkey

NOTE: you can find some deposit in the bottle, that is Natural , this wine has been filter but not sterilized!
