We use the Organic raw material grown mostly by us or from nearby farms, we seek genuine products and local, fresh and organic when possible.
You can choose between the various services offered , something for you.
BREAKFAST
To our guests we can prepare a rich breakfast buffet with homemade products, pastries, jams, honey, eggs, and other good fresh things according to your taste. 
Breakfast is served in the house or in the garden, in our lawn under the secular cedar, in the morning between 8.30 and 9.30.
From 8.50 EUR per person.
DINNER
We offer our guests the opportunity to dine in the evening to try the Tuscan cuisine.You can reserve your dinner the day before if you are a guest of the house. You can do it occasionally or decide to ad here to the formula of half board.(check if it is possible!)
Our basic menu includes 3 courses with side dishes and dessert, from 22 Euros excluding drinks.
Do you want the classic “Fiorentina Steak“? Just book it at least one day in advance and we cook it for you.
On request we also prepare vegetarian or vegan dinners.
COOKING TOGETHER
For those who love cooking, like us, we can offer a cooking class and prepare some meals together for enjoyable afternoons cooking with traditional Italian dishes, Tuscan dishes and some special Recipe of the Barsi family.
You can do one or more days, it all depends on your time and the desire to learn new recipes and new tricks of the trade.

WINE TASTINGS
Daily tastings to discover how we produce the wine at Le Pòggiola. Once a week, usually Thursday afternoon, Lisa is available for guests accommodated or staying in other Hotels.
Lisa introduces you to Le Pòggiola, its history, its land and its products , you can understand how the wine and olive oil are made.
And if you have the “luck” to come during the GRAPE harvest, or during the olive harvest or some other agricultural work you can participate and only stop to see how it is done. The visits to the vineyard and wine cellars with tasting of our wines are led by reservation from 10 euro for individuals or groups up to 60 people.
