From June 1st to September 30th we rent only the whole House (VILLA)

Saturday is arrival day

In Low and medium season also Rooms with B&B

B&B prices are referred of staying minimum 3 nights, can change for 1-2 nights or for longer stays. Price are per room for 2 people.

Caution on arrival is demaned, only for apartments, refundable on departure. € 150 for apartments, € 300 for the whole house.

The House can be reserved to an only customer (5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, dining room, garden, swimming pool, parking). Up to 16 MAX persons can be accommodated.

Prices include the following services:

Electricity, water and gas consumption, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen, Wi-Fi (in a specific area),

Other Services free of charge:

swimming pool (open from May 15th to September 30th), barbecue, parking, table tennis, children games, baby bed, high chair, ventilators in all rooms, 8 chaises longues in the solarium / pool area.

Sale of our bio / organic products: extra virgin olive oil, wine, jams. Many useful suggestions for our guests in a detailed “Welcome” panphlet.

Tourist information, road maps, itineraries for sightseeing areas and art towns in Tuscany.

Books in the Le Poggiola library, in foreign languages too.

Prices do not include the following services:

Heating: € 5,00 per room / day;

€ 300,00 for the whole house, per week

Final Cleaning: 150-300 euro

Change of Linen: 8 euro per person

Pool towels: € 2,00 each

Use of laundry for rooms: € 8,00 per service (included in the price of Room of Apartment rental)

Additional bed: € 50,00 per week

Pets: € 30,00 per week / € 5,00 per day (based on previous agreement)

Morning breakfast, if not included, € 8,50

Dinner: starting from € 22,00 (beverage not included)

Tasting of our products with visit: starting from € 10,00

Shiatsu massage: € 50,00 per hour; Stone massage: € 65,00 per hour

Yoga lessons: € 40,00 per person for groups from 1 to 3 persons; € 12,00 per person for groups of over 3 persons

Cooking together: 3 hours in the kitchen with the cook to get the dinner ready, € 120,00, minimum 4 persons (€ 30,00 per person), excluding the cost of the dinner

Guided Tour Of Florence: customized Florence tour by Silvia Barsi, for small groups, also with children. See Florence with the eyes of who lives in Florence ( from € 100,00 )

SALA GIRASOLI RENTAL: guests can rent a 180 square meter room for various activities, spending evenings together, parties etc.
Price for Le Poggiola guests: € 120,00 per day / € 200,00 per week)
Price for outside guests: € 350,00 up to 80 persons, 400,00 up to 150 persons
Afternoon only, for children, from 16:00 to 19:00 € 200,00
Heating not included

For sports activities at Le Poggiola an insurance card is required: € 10,00

Archery: daily entrance € 6,00; with instructor € 25,00 per hour (including equipment)

Lake for fly fishing: daily entrance € 12,00
