Your instructors: Stefania Raspanti Stefania has worked in tourism and has lived abroad for many years, during which time she developed a special interest in the energetic approach to life and health. At the end of 1980, she returned to her home town of Pistoia to study bioenergetic therapy. During her four years of study, she met John Pierrakos, the creator of the Core-energetic therapy and continued to study at the Core-energetic Institute (Frabosa Soprana – Piemonte) for an additional four years. After meeting Swami Veda Bharati she began to practice Hatha Yoga and embarked on four years of teacher training at the Himalayan Yoga Institute in Florence. She has been teaching Hatha yoga classes for the last 7 years at various places in Pistoia. Anna Enrica Lazzerini Anna began practicing yoga in 2001 in the Himalayan Tradition and attended teacher training at a school organized by the Himalayan Yoga Institute in Florence. She has collaborated with various townships in Italy, spreading the yoga tradition of the Himalayan Masters to the elderly. She graduated in 2001 from the School of Shiatsu in Florence, and later devoted herself to the practice. She teaches introductory shiatsu courses in Pistoia and, as a practitioner of shiatsu, implements the style of Master Masunaga in Valdinievole, where she lives and works with various hotels in Montecatini Terme. In additional to her work with the elderly, she coordinated a theater workshop for women with drug addiction and works with children in distress. Kathleen Walls Kathleen is a tour leader and a meditation instructor, who will be available during the retreat for individual and group meditation instruction, as well as to ensure that all the needs of the participants are addressed.
